Thoda Adjust Please is an Indian Hindi Romantic Comedy web series created by Manor Rama Pictures and Vibha Singh. It stars Rohan Khurana, Malhaar Rathod, Anchal Sharma, and Gandharv Dewan in lead roles. It has a total of 10 episodes and was released on 17th February 2021 on Eros Now.
The story is about a live-in couple Jai Narang (Rohan Khurana) and Isha Bhatia (Malhaar Rathod) who finds themselves in a financially critical situation, where Jai, an aspiring actor is not able to do his portfolio photoshoot and Isha has to struggle with buying designer dresses for her NGO work. They come up with a plan to rent half of their flat and that's where enters Gauri Pandit (Anchal Sharma) and Radheshyam Chaurasiya (Gandharv Dewan) who came to Mumbai from Varanasi. Gauri is a painter and Radhe is still trying to figure out what he wants to be in his life. So will their plan to rent their own flat be any good to them? Or they have to adjust to each other?
Written by Vibha Singh, Thoda Adjust Please is a breezy and light show with an interesting premise. These four characters are the soul of the show and are at least concrete enough to understand them. The show has a feel like a sitcom, the vibe from the show is nice and will always put a smile on your face. Especially, Radhe who never fails to entertain you with his stupid acts but is so likable.
The dynamics between the four are well established, and is thoroughly enjoyable, and is refreshing to see. Though it feels shallow how it tried to raise voice against those men who try to use women for their own good. And it becomes melodramatic at times nevertheless, it's watchable and has the charm to hold your attention throughout even you know that it offers nothing but good time.
Rohan Khurana as Jai is quite decent and Malhaar Rathod as Isha owns every frame with her confidence. She is very good and Anchal Sharma also leaves her mark as Gauri. The show-stealer is undeniably Gandharv Dewan who brings the real comedy and energy to the show as Radhe.
The cinematography by Sunil Pillai is good and the show has a fresh look. The production design by Deepa Tuli is appropriate and the music by Rohan Rohan fits the tone of the show. The editing by Abhishek Panikkar is sharp.
Thoda Adjust Please directed by Archit Kumar is a lovely show. The show looks fresh and the characters are natural. This big and small town combo and their clashes and beautiful moments are entertaining but don't expect too much from it. Want to have a good time - stream it.
